About us
COMEM Optocon GmbH develops fiber-optic temperature measurement products for demanding industrial and technical applications. As part of the international COMEM Group, we serve customers across various markets worldwide.
To strengthen our team in Dresden, we are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) to support our daily sales activities and customer service.
Your role
In this role, you will support the Business Development Manager with order processing, customer inquiries and day-to-day sales administration.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Preparing sales quotations and processing customer orders.
- Coordinating production orders, deliveries and shipments.
- Preparing order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices.
- Supporting purchasing and communicating with customers and suppliers.
- Responding to customer inquiries and helping ensure a positive customer experience.
Your profile
- Good written and spoken English is essential.
- You are organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
- You enjoy communicating with customers and working as part of a team.
- You have basic MS Office skills and are willing to learn new systems and processes.
- Availability for traveling and an EU-valid driving license.
- A collaborative approach and team spirit
Initial experience in sales administration, customer service or order processing would be an advantage, but is not essential. German (B2 or above) and Italian language skills are welcome.
Most importantly, we are looking for a motivated person who is eager to learn and grow with us.
