Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Career development is supported through ongoing training opportunities, with many Senior Carer Assistants progressing into other roles like Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
