Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Warm-heartedness, compassion, and a commitment to individualised care for each resident are key. Career development is supported through ongoing training opportunities, with many Senior Carer Assistants progressing into other roles like Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
