As a Physical Health Lead, you will be responsible for providing and developing best practice clinical advice surround physical health subjects and concerns to the ward-based teams.

Other responsibilities:
Oversee compliance requirements and KPIs required to support service users to maintain their physical health care. Design and implement an annual physical and full medical screening for all service users and develop relationships with local physical care provision to promote physical healthcare needs to be met Establish and implement screening processes and taking bloods Meet the mandatory testing requirements for prescribed medication Liaise and co-ordinate our visiting GP service.
