Qualifications Essential
You'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience in producing well-developed care plans and conducting detailed risk assessments is also important. A thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is necessary to perform effectively in this role.
