Role is remote with very occasional travel to Gosport.
You do need to be eligible for SC Clearance.
What you'll be doing
- Own projects and work packages from planning to successful delivery.
- Keep teams focused and delivery on track.
- Manage project controls, risks, dependencies and progress.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Work confidently across Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Communicate clearly, tackle challenges early and escalate where needed.
What you'll bring
- You’ll bring previous project delivery experience, ideally as a Project Leader or PMO Analyst, together with experience of:
- Fixed Price and T&M projects.
- Agile and Waterfall delivery.
- Project controls and reporting.
- Stakeholder and customer engagement.
- Successfully delivering projects or work packages.
- APM PMQ, MAPM membership or a degree would be a bonus, but what really matters is your ability to take ownership and get things delivered.
