- Ensure patient rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide updates and address concerns
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certification as a Patient Care Technician or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures
