A leading food production facility is seeking experienced Machine Attendants to join its team on 1st and 2nd shifts.
Responsibilities include operating and monitoring automated packaging equipment, ensuring production goals are met, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and following all safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay ranges from $17.00-$17.45 per hour based on experience.
Previous food production or packaging experience is preferred, along with experience working with automated machinery in a manufacturing setting.

As a packager you will package the food product, working on the production line, and tend to processing machines and equipment, ensuring efficient operation throughout the production shift. Responsibilities
- Tend to processing machines and equipment for efficient operation throughout the production shift.
- Assemble and disassemble machines as needed and identify when adjustments are required.
- Change machine labels and recipes as necessary.
- Perform all job functions safely and set a positive example for other team members.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures related to the operation of the Meat Production facility.
- Follow all government regulations and company policies regarding cleaning and sanitation.
- Adhere to health and safety practices to promote operational efficiency, workplace safety, and food safety.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of the role and individual capabilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous meat production or food processing experience is beneficial.
- Experience in general production environments is an asset.
- Willingness to participate in continuous improvement activities and adapt to evolving processes.
- Reliability and punctuality in meeting scheduled work hours and production demands.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.95/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
