Welder MIG/TIG - Will pay up to $33/hr. Full Benefits.
We are hiring a Welder to join a clean, organized manufacturing shop. This position is ideal for someone with MIG welding experience who is looking to expand their TIG skills while working on a variety of projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding in flat and horizontal positions.
- MIG weld 1418 gauge material.
- TIG weld mild steel and stainless steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
- Load and unload a robotic welder.
- Perform grinding, finishing, and cleanup as needed.
- Inspect completed welds for quality.
- Work on a variety of fabrication projects in a job shop environment.
- Adapt to different parts and projects from week to week.
Qualifications
- MIG welding experience or completion of a welding program/degree required.
- TIG welding experience preferred.
- Experience welding stainless steel is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Comfortable performing grinding and finishing work.
- Able to work independently and maintain quality standards.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
