Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional Friday overtime)

Pay: $23.50/hr

We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Assembler to help build commercial lawn care equipment from start to finish. In this role, you'll assemble blower units using hand and power tools, follow blueprints and schematics, and work independently or alongside a small team to create high-quality products. If you enjoy working with tools, solving mechanical challenges, and seeing a finished product come together, this could be a great fit.What You'll Do

• Assemble blower units and related equipment from start to finish.
• Use hand and power tools, including drills, torque wrenches, and pneumatic tools.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Complete sub-assemblies or full machine builds while maintaining quality standards.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals in a team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of mechanical assembly experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or mechanical setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or assembly instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
