What You'll Do

• Assemble large electrical switchgear and switchboard units using hand and power tools.
• Install mechanical components, panels, and hardware on conveyor-based production lines.
• Route and connect wiring according to schematics, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Perform panel wiring, crimping, and electrical assembly tasks.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Work alongside a team to meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and learn new technical skills.

What We're Looking For

• Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, and measuring tools.
• Mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, maintenance, automotive, or construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or work instructions is a plus.
• Electrical assembly, wiring, panel building, or harness experience is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROKEN ARROW, OK.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.55 - $22.48/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
