🔧 What You'll Do
- Perform MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Pulse welding on custom projects
- Fabricate and fit carbon steel and stainless steel components
- Read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Build prototypes, pressure vessels, and engineered assemblies
- Complete fit-ups and fabrication work from start to finish
- Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality standards
- Use measuring and inspection tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience
- Strong TIG and Flux Core welding skills
- Experience working with carbon steel
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience fitting, fabricating, and assembling welded components
- Proficiency with measuring and inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
