👥 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 20 production employees
- Drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, scrap, and operational metrics
- Monitor production output and address issues impacting performance
- Manage attendance, staffing, and shift readiness
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture
- Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Communicate production goals and expectations to team members
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve business objectives
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, or industrial environment
- Strong communication and employee development skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Automotive manufacturing
- Union workforce supervision
- Quality or Supply Chain leadership
- Military leadership
- Timekeeping and labor management systems

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
