🛠 What You'll Do
- Load flour into production equipment and hoppers using shovels
- Perform heavy manual labor, including frequent lifting of 50-70 lbs.
- Clean, mop, sweep, and maintain production areas throughout the facility
- Support sanitation efforts to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
- Assist with order fulfillment and product movement as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Complete general labor, housekeeping, and maintenance-related tasks as assigned
📋 What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, landscaping, maintenance, sanitation, or other physically demanding environments
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50-70 lbs. throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, walking, climbing stairs, and working across multiple floors for up to 10 hours per day
- Strong attendance record and reliable work history
- Ability to work a 6-day schedule, including Saturdays, and maintain 50+ hours per week
- Trainable attitude with willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Comfortable working in a hot, loud, dusty industrial environment
🏭 Work Environment & Schedule
- Large industrial manufacturing facility
- Hot, loud, non-climate-controlled environment with flour and dust present
- Required PPE provided, including safety glasses, gloves, hair nets, and beard nets
- Steel-toe boots required
- Typical schedule consists of 10-hour shifts, 6 days per week
- Employees begin on 1st shift for approximately the first 90 days before being considered for other shift opportunities

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
