Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and specifications.
- Use RF scanners to perform picking, packing, and inventory transactions.
- Prepare items for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and securing products to ensure safety during transit.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine inventory counts as needed.
- Prepare orders for loading onto trucks, following all applicable safety regulations and procedures.
Essential Skills
- Ability to use hand scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- General warehouse labor skills, including shipping and inventory handling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with forklift operation in a warehouse environment.
- Comfort working with warehouse inventory systems and basic computer literacy.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a warehouse setting supporting production and distribution operations, with a typical schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
You work with hand scanners, warehouse management systems, computers, and standard material handling equipment, potentially including forklifts. You spend much of the day on your feet, handling inventory, preparing shipments, and collaborating with other team members in a fast-paced, structured setting, with appropriate warehouse attire required for safety and comfort.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
