1st shift Janitorial Worker 8am-4pm Monday-FridayPay up to 22/hrJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated janitorial worker responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas. The role includes sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors throughout the facility, operating floor-cleaning equipment such as industrial floor scrubbers and buffers, and emptying trash and recycling containers to designated disposal areas.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other facility supplies.
- Remove debris, dust, dirt, and other materials from manufacturing and warehouse areas.
- Clean windows, doors, walls, handrails, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Perform periodic deep cleaning of designated production and facility areas.
- Maintain janitorial closets, equipment, and cleaning supplies in an organized manner.
- Notify maintenance or management of damaged equipment, leaks, safety hazards, or facility issues.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills
- 1+ year of janitorial or cleaning experience, ideally in a manufacturing facility.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with facilities maintenance is a plus.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $48920.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Strong benefits plan, 401K + 3% match, family owned company. Health, dental, and vision included as well.
