🔧 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose and resolve PLC-related equipment issues
- Maintain and repair 480V electrical systems, motor controls, and AC/DC components
- Service pumps, hydraulic systems, presses, furnaces, and other production equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities
- Conduct equipment inspections and identify issues before downtime occurs
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Complete root cause analysis to solve recurring equipment problems
- Prioritize maintenance activities to support production schedules
- Work independently while collaborating with operations and maintenance teams
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong PLC troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with 480V electrical systems
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and motor controls
- Preventative and predictive maintenance experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
