- General labor and farm hand experience.
- Animal handling expertise.
- Basic knowledge of farming and agriculture.
- Experience with power tools and machinery operation.
- Understanding of animal science and husbandry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Basic exposure to hand tools and equipment from a farming environment.
- 1+ years of farm or general labor experience.
- Basic knowledge of English and math skills.
- Physical ability to walk up to 2 hours per day, stand for 8 hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a farming environment with regular exposure to animals and both outdoor and indoor work areas.
Team members work around livestock, farm equipment, and agricultural facilities, experiencing changing weather conditions and typical farm elements. The schedule follows a day shift, Monday through Friday, with additional weekend responsibilities on a rotation for animal feeding and care. Work involves physical activity such as walking, standing, lifting, and operating machinery in a practical, hands-on setting where safety procedures and proper use of tools and equipment are essential.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
