Why Work Here? You join a stable organization backed by a large parent company, offering family-friendly and individual benefit plans with significant company coverage. The culture emphasizes a family environment, with a supportive HR team focused on employee satisfaction and engagement. There is clear room for advancement tied to pay increases, giving you opportunities to grow your career over time. Employees enjoy a spacious lunch room, regular company events such as BBQs and holiday celebrations, and access to substantial voluntary overtime, providing flexibility to increase earnings while maintaining a predictable day-shift schedule.

Work EnvironmentYou work in a non-unionized manufacturing facility with approximately 30 employees, featuring large, well-lit workspaces and a dedicated lunch room equipped with microwaves. The environment is very dusty, and certain departments, such as fiberglass, can have strong smells, so comfort in these conditions is important. Personal protective equipment is standard: you must wear steel-toe footwear that covers the ankle, protective coveralls over your clothing, and safety glasses provided on-site.

Once you transition to permanent status, you receive company overalls and can join the facilitys laundry service. In mold making, cementing, and fiberglass areas, you wear a respirator or N95 mask as required. The regular day shift runs from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., Monday to Friday, with one unpaid 30-minute lunch break and one paid 15-minute break; employees typically leave 15 minutes early instead of taking a second paid break.

Voluntary overtime is often available on Saturdays or at the end of the shift, and additional hours beyond the standard workweek are compensated at an enhanced rate. The atmosphere is collaborative and social, with company BBQs, events, and Christmas parties contributing to a friendly workplace culture.
