About this role
Summary: Support pharmacy operations in a high-volume fulfillment center by processing prescriptions, entering patient data, resolving insurance claims, and ensuring accurate medication counting, labeling, packaging, and shipping.
Key Responsibilities
- Process prescriptions and refill requests accurately.
- Enter and maintain patient and prescription data.
- Resolve insurance claim rejections and data discrepancies.
- Handle patient and physician calls professionally.
- Operate automated pharmacy fulfillment equipment.
- Count, label, package, and ship medications.
- Support inventory management and quality control.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Illinois Pharmacy Technician license/registration (or eligibility).
- Pharmacy, healthcare, or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Strong data entry and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and 25+ WPM typing speed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to Bolingbrook, IL.
Schedule: Full-time, onsite | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM | Bolingbrook, IL.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
