What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team including RNs, LVNs, Medical Assistants, Counselors, and Phlebotomists.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, workflows, and patient flow.
• Provide direct patient care approximately 2-3 days per week.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Support primary care, preventive care, and chronic disease management programs.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered culture focused on delivering exceptional care.
• Partner with providers and leadership to drive operational improvements and clinical excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 5+ years of Registered Nurse experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience working in an ambulatory care, community health, or outpatient clinic setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Passion for serving diverse patient populations and improving access to quality healthcare.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Hollywood, CA.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $145000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
