工作概述 / General Description
- 作为配液区域的一线支持人员，为现场工艺提供直接支持，保障日常生产顺利运行。
- Serve as primary-loop support for the Formulation area, providing direct on-the-floor process support for daily manufacturing operations.
- 从设备和工艺性能的角度，确保持续符合法规和安全要求。
- Ensure regulatory and safety compliance from an equipment and process performance perspective.
- 负责故障排除、偏差调查、问题解决、变更管理、安全评估及工艺监控等工作。
- Lead troubleshooting, deviation investigations, problem solving, change management, safety assessments and process monitoring.
岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
- 作为所在工艺团队的设备专家和资产管理者，负责所辖设备的确认状态。
- Act as the equipment expert and asset steward for the Process Team, and own the qualified state of assigned equipment.
- 开展工艺监控，确保负责区域内所有设备在安全、质量和无菌保障等方面持续满足预期要求。
- Perform process monitoring to ensure that all equipment in the area of responsibility consistently meets requirements for safety, quality and sterility assurance.
- 参与设备周期性回顾。
- Participate in equipment periodic reviews.
- 支持日常维护及相关工作，确保系统保持最新状态并稳定可靠运行。
- Support routine maintenance and related activities to keep systems up to date and reliable.
- 积极参与安全相关活动（如安全审核、工作安全分析（JSA）、危害评估等），落实HSE和5S相关任务，推动安全绩效持续改进。
- Actively participate in safety activities such as audits, job safety analyses (JSAs) and hazard reviews. Carry out HSE and 5S tasks and drive continuous safety improvement.
- 与工艺团队成员（生产、TS/MS、QA等）及设备相关技术人员（尤其是自动化工程师和技术员）保持有效沟通与协作。
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with Process Team members (Operations, TS/MS, QA, etc.) and equipment-focused technical staff, especially Automation Engineers and Technicians.
