How you create impact
- Coordinate air freight operations for customers in the technology sector, ensuring shipments are handled accurately and delivered within strict, time-sensitive deadlines.
- Manage bookings and transportation activities, working closely with airlines, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively identify, follow up on, and resolve delays or operational deviations to minimize disruptions.
- Coordinate the handling and transportation of specialized cargo, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable air freight regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure shipment visibility, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to cost optimization, process improvements, and the successful implementation of new customer accounts.
What we would like you to bring
- Studies or background in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or a related field are preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in Air Freight operations, preferably within the technology industry or supporting technology-sector customers.
- Knowledge of air freight operations and transportation processes.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
