The Senior Engineer Run Team play a key role in shaping and executing the strategy of the service portfolio for our customers. They take ownership of service performance, ensuring targets in quality, cost, and delivery timelines are not only met but consistently exceeded. Senior Engineer Run Team challenge the status quo of implemented and proposed solutions, driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic improvements. They focus on maximizing value creation, efficiency, sustainability, and service quality, while enhancing the overall customer experience. The role also provides leadership and coaching to other engineers, fostering strong technical execution and continuous development across the team.

Digital Experience
- Lead digital feature and service rollouts
- Drive project delivery, product feedback, and continuous improvement
Business Agility & Leadership
- Lead end-to-end change request planning and execution
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, validation, and documentation
- Ensure smooth go-live, training, and transition to BAU
- Lead and mentor Run Engineers to strengthen team performance
- Manage escalations and drive effective problem resolution
What we would like you to bring
- Proven track record in project management (more than 3-year experience)
- Deep understanding of logistics processes and operational workflows
- Efficient and effective communication with key internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled in proposing and implementing digital solutions
- Ability to Understand and Deliver Commercialization and Customer Value of Solutions
- Expertise in project management, change management, and management reporting
- Strong affinity with required customer quality standards and a broad overview of different industry characteristics
- Proven ability to align operational delivery with customer satisfaction and strategic goals
