Great Team
Hello! I'm Ana. I joined DHL in 2021, starting in the Service Desk team, where I quickly advanced to a Team Leader position and remained for almost a year and a half. In 2024, I embraced a new challenge by joining the API department in Digital Solutions as a Scrum Master, and since 2025, I had the exciting opportunity to take on a managerial role, leading one of our teams.
Leadership has always been at the heart of what I do. I love bringing people together, fostering collaboration, and creating an environment where teams can thrive. At DHL, I have the privilege of working with an incredibly talented group of API developers and DevOps engineers, all dedicated to shaping the future of digital connectivity.
Our digital landscape is constantly evolving, and our team plays a key role in shaping how developers interact with our APIs. My goal is to nurture an environment where innovation thrives, challenges are tackled efficiently, and we continuously improve the way we work.
If you're into APIs, digital transformation, or just love solving complex problems, let’s connect—there’s plenty of exciting work ahead!
