At DHL Supply Chain, we are looking for Warehouse & LLP Operations Sr. Manager to lead our strategic partnership with Olam and oversee integrated warehouse and LLP operations across Singapore and Indonesia.
This role is more than account management. You will serve as the single point of accountability for operational performance, governance, customer engagement, risk management, and value creation across the end-to-end supply chain network.

Your Impact as Warehouse & LLP Operations Sr. Manager
🔹 Lead Customer Relationships & Governance
- Serve as the primary DHL operational contact and escalation point of contact with customer
- Establish effective operational, monthly, and quarterly governance routines.
- Translate customer priorities into actionable operational plans.
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking account roadmap for stabilization, optimization, and growth.
🔹 Drive Integrated Operational Leadership
- Provide oversight across warehouse and control tower operations.
- Ensure timely resolution of service issues and operational risks.
- Align SOPs, escalation protocols, performance controls, and operational processes.
- Coordinate business continuity planning, peak season readiness, and resource management activities.
🔹 Manage Performance & Commercial Outcomes
- Own consolidated account performance reporting and corrective action governance.
- Monitor budget, productivity, cost-to-serve, and resource assumptions.
- Support contract compliance, scope management, and change control processes.
- Ensure approved savings initiatives are validated and tracked effectively.
🔹 Champion Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Drive compliance with DHL, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to closure.
- Maintain governance across customs, bonded administration, documentation, and operational controls where applicable.
🔹 Deliver Value Creation & Business Growth
- Sponsor continuous improvement and value creation initiatives.
- Prioritize opportunities in freight optimization, inventory efficiency, network improvement, and warehouse productivity.
- Translate analytical recommendations into operational execution and customer value.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a commercially minded supply chain leader with strong customer management and operational governance experience.
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
✅ Minimum 8 years of experience in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics Operations
- Contract Logistics
- Warehousing & Transportation
- LLP Operations
- Customer Account Management
✅ Demonstrated experience managing complex customer relationships and operational governance
✅ Strong commercial and financial management capability
✅ Working knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and control tower operations
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
✅ Professional English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
✅ Experience within LLP, 4PL, or integrated logistics solutions
✅ Regional or multi-country operational leadership experience
✅ Exposure to manufacturing, food, regulated, or bonded operations
✅ Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management certification
✅ Proven experience leading operational transformation initiatives
