At DHL Supply Chain, we connect people and businesses around the world through innovative logistics solutions. We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Client Success Manager to join our DHL Fulfillment Network team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to manage service delivery, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients and support their day-to-day operational needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues and escalations.
- Monitor service performance and support KPI achievement.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions where needed.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, IT, Commercial, and Project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Support customer meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports and presentations for customers and management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer experience enhancements.
- Ensure customer expectations are consistently met while maintaining operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience working across different functions and teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English communication skills.
