Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant industry qualifications in Plumbing and Domestic Heating, to include Gas and/or Renewables, with up-to-date sector knowledge and experience
- Experience of delivering or assessing apprenticeships, with a strong understanding of quality assurance processes
- Ability to support team development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to track learner progress and maintain accurate records
- A recognised teaching and/or assessing qualification essential (e.g. PGCE, AET, CAVA, TAQA) plus quality assurance qualification desirable or willingness to work towards.
- Passion for developing apprentices and supporting high-quality training aligned to industry standards
