About this role
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of our Learning Resource Centre, creating a welcoming and engaging environment that promotes reading for pleasure, independent study and curriculum enrichment.
Alongside this, you will deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions to students who require additional support, helping them build confidence, close attainment gaps and make sustained progress.
