About this role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Primary Teacher to join our exceptional teaching team. This person will inspire and educate our pupils, fostering a love for learning and supporting their academic and personal growth. We are seeking someone who will contribute to the overall success and development of our pupils, working collaboratively with colleagues and embracing United Learning’s values of ambition, determination, respect, and excellence.

At Manorside Academy, we are looking for a class teacher to join our amazing staff and children from 1st January 2027. In a friendly and welcoming school, with supportive colleagues, you will be able to make a real impact on our academy, and on the lives of children across our community. To join us, you’ll need to be an outstanding, experienced and ambitious teacher, committed to wellbeing, safeguarding and the achievement of all. We’re proud to offer ‘more pay, more time, and more support’. We offer the best pay in the sector, three extra INSET days dedicated to planning and professional development, one paid personal leave day each year during term time.

We place a high priority on developing our staff. Every employee benefits from a supportive annual review process with a tailored programme of personal development. We also facilitate a wide range of professional networks, enabling colleagues to collaborate, share best practice and learn from colleagues in similar roles.

We are committed to supporting your wellbeing. Flexible working is available where roles allow, alongside a comprehensive range of benefits including enhanced parental leave, access to a health cash plan (following 6 months’ service) employee assistance and wellbeing programmes, and free flu vaccines.
