About this role
- Hold a relevant Level 5 Early Years qualification or above.
- Have substantial experience working within an early years or nursery setting.
- Have experience leading, supervising or supporting a team.
- Have excellent knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Be confident in planning, observing and assessing children's learning and development.
- Be able to create an engaging, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be enthusiastic, caring, approachable and passionate about giving children the best possible start in life.
