Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or an equivalent qualification, or relevant industry experience
- Experience with C# and ASP.NET
- Good working knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with CSS and JavaScript
- Experience troubleshooting SQL queries and resolving software issues
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and work independently as well as part of a team
- Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and improve existing software applications and systems
- Design and build new applications, reporting tools and KPI dashboards
- Develop and manage databases and API integrations
- Troubleshoot software, database and technical issues
- Gather requirements and deliver solutions throughout the software development lifecycle
- Carry out testing, code reviews and ongoing system support
- Produce technical documentation and support users across the business
