Requirements
- Previous experience in an Application Support Analyst or similar role
- Experience supporting ERP and other applications
- Good SQL skills
- Experience working with .NET
- Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain core business applications, including ERP and other business applications
- Investigate and resolve application incidents and service requests
- Work with third-party suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot system issues
- Support application changes, upgrades and testing activities
- Monitor integrations, data flows and operational processes
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve system functionality and performance
- Participate in an on-call support rota when required
