Requirements
- Experience designing, developing and implementing quality assurance standards for BI, software, services and infrastructure testing
- Proven experience in a BI or QA role
- Proficiency in T-SQL and strong knowledge of system testing best practices
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL testing processes
- Proven data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities
- Experience testing SSRS reports, Power BI reports and dashboards, and SSAS Tabular models
- Understanding of data quality principles, data governance practices and data security measures
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
Responsibilities
- Develop and establish QA standards and measures for our BI and IT services
- Write test plans and scripts to track defects and fixes across product development, software applications, information systems and operational systems
- Understand and analyse data processes in a BI/MI environment, and verify and revise QA standards as needed
- Assist with the design, coordination and execution of IT testing, including system, unit, regression, load and acceptance testing

- We are recruiting a Data Quality Assurance Analyst (also described as a BI Test Analyst) for a 12-month fixed-term contract, initially, based in Nottingham with at least one to two days per week in our central office.
