Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft and iOS operating systems and Office 365.
- PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Organisational and prioritisation skills.
- A logical and tenacious approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a first- or second-line support role is desirable but not essential; candidates without IT experience may be considered if they have a keen interest in IT, are willing to work hard and are keen to learn.
- A good understanding of networking principles, knowledge of DNS, DHCP and Active Directory, and experience with printer maintenance and print servers are desirable.

The position is 37 hours per week, with 52.14 working and paid weeks per year and 25 days of annual leave.
