Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional IT support experience.
- At least 2 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user and licence management.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops, building PCs and laptops, repairing hardware, and setting up peripherals.
- Strong communication skills, including fluent, confident phone support and clear ticket documentation.
- Fluent English.
- Full UK driving licence.
- UK right to work; visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Live within a short daily commute of Leeds LS14, or be able to commute reliably or relocate before starting.
- Pass a DBS check.
- Desirable: experience using workplace AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude; familiarity with Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, Defender, or SPF/DKIM DNS records; prior MSP experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote and onsite support to business and residential clients.
- Manage client Microsoft 365 tenants, mailboxes, and security settings.
- Build, deploy, and troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, and basic networks.
- Manage helpdesk tickets from initial triage through to resolution.

We are recruiting for a full-time, permanent IT Support Engineer / Microsoft 365 Engineer role with QLine IT in Killingbeck, Leeds LS14. The salary is £28,000–£30,000 per year. This is a fully office-based role every working day, with site visits and no remote or hybrid working.
