- Experience with Windows 11 deployment and migration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- SCCM/MECM administration experience
- Application packaging and deployment experience
- Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID
- PowerShell scripting skills
- Experience with device builds, imaging, and lifecycle management
- Experience with user migration and post-deployment support
- Desirable: large-scale enterprise migration experience
- Desirable: Microsoft Endpoint Manager administration experience
- Desirable: experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration projects
- Desirable: technical leadership or project delivery experience
