Salary: £27,000 - 37,000 per year
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider environment
- Full UK driving licence and a car available for business purposes
- Relevant experience with Microsoft software and technologies, including Microsoft 365
- Relevant experience with Windows 11, iOS, and Android mobile devices and tablet versions
- Good knowledge of hardware, including laptops, PCs, printers, tablets, and smartphones
- Strong communication skills, both by telephone and face to face
- Team skills and the ability to work independently
- Problem-solving skills
- Organisational skills, including good time management
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- GCSE or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport and identifying appropriate solutions
- Meet established Service Level Agreements for turnaround times
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document user issues and fixes, following a structured problem-management and resolution process
- Work with colleagues and, occasionally, vendors to resolve customer problems
- Maintain accurate records, including timesheets
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and undertake ongoing training
- Work in our office and at customer sites

The position is full-time and permanent, with annual pay of £27,000–£37,000, a company pension, and on-site parking.
