Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements
- Strong hands-on IT support experience
- Practical experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 and Intune
- Confidence configuring and troubleshooting Windows PCs and laptops
- Understanding of networking, firewalls, switches, and IT security
- Clear communication skills and the ability to support colleagues across office and warehouse teams
- ERP support experience, relevant Microsoft certifications, or experience in a distribution environment would be beneficial
- Previous management experience is not essential
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support across Windows devices and Microsoft 365
- Lead the ongoing Intune implementation and device management
- Support Azure services, patching, backups, and IT security
- Troubleshoot network issues and work with external suppliers
- Support business users with ERP system queries
- Improve documentation, mentor colleagues, and help recruit a junior team member
