Salary: £38,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven Salesforce administration experience; 3+ years preferred.
- Experience managing user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Strong understanding of workflow management and report creation.
- Skills in Salesforce customization and configuration, including objects, fields, flows, and layouts.
- Confidence training users and translating technical details into practical guidance.
- Salesforce Admin Certification or equivalent.
- Experience in business analysis or process improvement is desirable.
- Previous experience with 3B Systems is desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations such as Form Assembly or Zapier, and data tools such as Dataloader or XL Connector, is desirable.
- Experience in education or non-profit sectors is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage general system administration within Salesforce.
- Create and maintain front-end and back-end workflows.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
- Train end users and provide ongoing system support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth data migration and system adoption.
- Work with technical and non-technical teams to implement process improvements.
