Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Consultant on Agresso (Unit4 Business World).
- Good functional knowledge of Agresso finance modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Hands-on technical skills in Agresso configuration, reporting, SQL, and system integrations or interfaces.
- Experience managing L2/L3 support escalations and working to agreed service levels.
- Experience supporting period-end and year-end finance processes.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and motivating a technical support or delivery team.
- Track record of delivering client projects and enhancements on time and to a high standard.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Unit4 or Agresso certification is desirable.
- Experience with Agresso upgrades, migrations, or implementation projects is desirable.
- ITIL knowledge or experience in a managed service environment is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical support and maintenance of the Agresso platform, ensuring stability, performance, and availability.
- Deliver client projects and enhancements from requirements gathering through build, testing, and go-live.
- Apply functional knowledge of Agresso modules to configure, enhance, and troubleshoot the system in line with business requirements.
- Lead and mentor the Agresso team, setting priorities and supporting team members development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, business users, and suppliers.
- Manage L2/L3 support escalations, driving timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Support period-end processing and close activities to help ensure a smooth, timely close.
- Create and maintain documentation, including technical designs, configuration details, support procedures, and runbooks.
