Requirements
- Experience providing 2nd-line application support in a similar environment
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or system configuration
- Strong experience resolving incidents and service requests
- Experience working with suppliers or third-party support teams
- Experience producing user guides or training materials is advantageous
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and must not require visa sponsorship to continue working in the UK

We are IStructE, a charity and the professional body for structural engineers, with a global membership whose work includes iconic structures and everyday buildings and bridges. Our mission includes creating safer structures for the public, promoting environmental sustainability, and supporting inclusive routes into the profession. Many of our members also support vulnerable communities affected by natural hazards. You would join a staff team of about 80 and work alongside our members. This is a permanent, full-time role of 35 hours per week, based in Farringdon, London, with hybrid working available.
