Requirements
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Understanding and application of DevOps/DevSecOps practices
- Strong software testing techniques (e.g., TDD/BDD) with a focus on high-quality testing
- Ability to translate user or business needs into robust technical solutions
- Enjoyment of solving complex and novel engineering problems
- Clear communication and effective collaboration skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning
- Comfort with multiple programming languages and willingness to learn new ones
- High-quality technical documentation production
- Evaluation of new technologies and creation of compelling business cases for their adoption
- SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it
Responsibilities
- Design and shape the architecture of systems that support security testing and research
- Work across multiple languages, frameworks, and platforms to tackle complex challenges
- Define and improve engineering best practices, branching, and deployment strategies
- Review pull requests, guide colleagues, and enhance code quality across teams
- Champion innovation and contribute new ideas to stay ahead of emerging threats
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to shape priorities and deliver meaningful solutions
