Job summary <p>We are looking for a dedicated and motivated <strong>Band 5 Staff Nurse (Health Visiting).</strong></p><p>The Health Visiting Staff Nurse is a registered nurse working as part of the Health Visiting Team providing preventative and <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supportive health care to children and families in Bath & North East Somerset</span>. This includes the identification, monitoring and provision of targeted <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support to vulnerable children and those whose welfare and safety may be at risk</span>.
