Kitchen Assistant – Part-Time / Full-Time Maharaja Indian Restaurant – Østerbro, Copenhagen Maharaja Indian Restaurant is looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen. We are a well-established Indian restaurant with a strong focus on authentic Indian cuisine, quality ingredients and professional kitchen operations.
- Your Responsibilities Assisting chefs with daily food preparation.
- Assisting with Indian bread preparation and other traditional dishes.
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and organisation.
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service hours.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient daily kitchen operations.
- Your Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred, but not a must.
- Experience with Indian or South Asian cuisine is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
- Willingness to assist with all daily kitchen duties.
