MinBy™ søger en ambitiøs, selvstændig og resultatorienteret projektleder til Factspilot.com – et internationalt medie- og teknologiprojekt med fokus på journalistik, faktatjek, AI, oversættelse og distribution af nyheder. Vi søger en person, der kan omsætte en ambitiøs idé til et konkret, finansieret og operationelt projekt. En central indledende opgave bliver at undersøge, udvikle og koordinere en ansøgning til EU-programmet Creative Europe – Journalism Partnerships , herunder etablering af relevante europæiske samarbejdspartnere.

Det er en stilling for dig, der kan kombinere strategisk forståelse, international projektledelse, finansiering og praktisk gennemførelse . OM MINBY™ OG FACTSPILOT.COM MinBy™ udvikler et omfattende digitalt medienetværk med 1.522 ultralokale medier fordelt på Danmarks 98 kommuner samt 30 passions- og situationsbaserede magasinkoncepter. Factspilot.com er et internationalt dimension med ambitionen om at udvikle en teknologisk platform, der kan understøtte: Indsamling og bearbejdning af journalistisk indhold fra flere lande.

Faktatjek, kildekontrol og dokumentation. AI-understøttet oversættelse og flersproget publicering. Distribution af journalistisk indhold på tværs af lande og medier. Samarbejde mellem journalister, redaktioner og medieorganisationer. Nye modeller for international journalistisk produktion. Målet er at skabe en skalerbar europæisk medieinfrastruktur , hvor teknologi, journalistisk kvalitet og internationale partnerskaber arbejder sammen.

• DIN FØRSTE STORE OPGAVE – EU-PROJEKTET Vi arbejder med muligheden for at søge støtte gennem Creative Europe – Journalism Partnerships . Projektets foreløbige finansieringsramme tager udgangspunkt i muligheden for EU-støtte på op til 2 mio. euro , afhængigt af den konkrete ansøgningskategori og gældende betingelser.
• Din opgave bliver at undersøge og udvikle grundlaget for en kvalificeret ansøgning.

Det omfatter blandt andet

• 1. Projektudvikling Omsætte Factspilots vision til en konkret projektbeskrivelse. Definere mål, aktiviteter, leverancer og succeskriterier. Udarbejde projektplan, milepæle og tidsplan.
• 2. Internationalt partnerskab Identificere relevante medievirksomheder, organisationer og teknologipartnere i Europa. Etablere dialog og udvikle samarbejdsaftaler. Koordinere ansvarsfordeling og bidrag fra projektets partnere.
• 3. Finansiering og EU-ansøgning Analysere støtteprogrammets krav og muligheder. Udarbejde budget, finansieringsmodel og ansøgningsmateriale. Dokumentere projektets europæiske merværdi, gennemførlighed og forventede resultater. Koordinere ansøgningsprocessen frem til indsendelse.
• 4. Teknologi og redaktionel udvikling Samarbejde med tekniske og redaktionelle ressourcer. Beskrive platformens funktioner, udviklingsbehov og anvendelse af AI. Sikre sammenhæng mellem teknologisk udvikling og journalistiske behov.
• 5. Projektledelse og gennemførelse Opbygge en operationel projektorganisation.

Koordinere økonomi, ressourcer, leverancer og rapportering.

• Forberede projektets implementering, hvis finansieringen opnås.

HVEM ER DU?

• Du har erfaring med projektledelse, forretningsudvikling, internationale samarbejder eller finansierede udviklingsprojekter.
• Erfaring med EU-programmer, fondsansøgninger eller medieprojekter er en betydelig fordel.
• Vi lægger især vægt på, at du: Kan drive et projekt selvstændigt fra idé til konkret resultat.
• Har stærke analytiske, organisatoriske og kommunikative evner.

MinBy™ is seeking an ambitious, independent, and results-oriented project manager for Factspilot.com – an international media and technology project focused on journalism, fact-checking, AI, translation, and news distribution. We are looking for someone who can turn an ambitious idea into a concrete, funded, and operational project. A key initial task will be to research, develop, and coordinate an application for the EU program Creative Europe – Journalism Partnerships, including establishing relevant European partnerships. This position is for you if you can combine strategic understanding, international project management, financing, and practical execution.

ABOUT MINBY™ AND FACTSPILOT.COM MinBy™ develops an extensive digital media network featuring 1,522 ultra-local media outlets distributed across Denmark’s 98 municipalities, alongside 30 passion- and situation-based magazine concepts. Factspilot.com is an international dimension with the ambition to develop a technological platform that can support: Gathering and processing journalistic content from multiple countries. Fact-checking, source verification, and documentation. AI-supported translation and multilingual publishing. Distribution of journalistic content across countries and media.

Collaboration between journalists, newsrooms, and media organizations. New models for international journalistic production. The goal is to create a scalable European media infrastructure where technology, journalistic quality, and international partnerships work together. YOUR FIRST MAJOR TASK – THE EU PROJECT We are working on the opportunity to apply for funding through Creative Europe – Journalism Partnerships. The project's preliminary financial framework is based on the possibility of EU support of up to EUR 2 million, depending on the specific application category and applicable conditions.

Your task will be to research and develop the foundation for a qualified application. This includes, among other things: Project Development Translating Factspilot’s vision into a concrete project description. Defining objectives, activities, deliverables, and success criteria. Preparing the project plan, milestones, and timeline. International Partnership Identifying relevant media companies, organizations, and technology partners in Europe. Establishing dialogue and developing partnership agreements. Coordinating the division of responsibilities and contributions from project partners.

Financing and EU Application Analyzing the requirements and opportunities of the funding program. Preparing the budget, financing model, and application materials. Documenting the project’s European added value, feasibility, and expected results. Coordinating the application process up until submission. Technology and Editorial Development Collaborating with technical and editorial resources. Describing the platform’s features, development needs, and use of AI. Ensuring alignment between technological development and journalistic needs. Project Management and Implementation Building an operational project organization. Coordinating finances, resources, deliverables, and reporting. Preparing for the project’s implementation if funding is secured.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have experience in project management, business development, international collaborations, or funded development projects. Experience with EU programs, grant applications, or media projects is a significant advantage. We place particular emphasis on you being able to: Drive a project independently from idea to concrete results. Possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Develop project descriptions, budgets, and financing plans. Excel at building relationships and establishing international partnerships.

Master English at a high professional level. Understand technology, AI, and digital business models. Work structured with complex requirements and deadlines. Demonstrate impact, initiative, and a high level of ambition. You do not need to be a journalist or a programmer. The crucial factor is that you can understand the project’s various professional fields and make specialists work together toward common goals.
