As a Student Assistant in the Supply Chain team at CRH Denmark , you will have the opportunity to work with data analysis, suppliers, tenders, and contract management. The Role You will support larger sourcing activities and contract management initiatives across CRH Denmark.

Through analysis, reporting, and documentation, you will contribute to structured procurement processes, stronger decision-making, and reduced commercial risk. You will collaborate with functions such as Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and HSEQ. In doing so, you will help translate business needs and category strategies into competitive agreements and measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and tender activities, including collecting quotations and comparing supplier solutions.
• Contribute to supplier onboarding, maintenance of supplier data, and follow-up on deliveries and supplier performance.
• Manage contract documentation, procurement data, and other procurement-related records.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses covering spend, savings, KPIs, and supplier performance.
• Assist with process mapping, improvement initiatives, and the development of templates and frameworks within procurement and supply chain.

• We Imagine That You: Are currently pursuing an HD, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possess strong analytical capabilities and an interest in commercial topics, procurement, and supplier management.
• Have solid Excel skills and an interest in tools such as Power BI, TARGIT, ERP systems, or other data analytics platforms.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and can present data and conclusions in a clear and structured manner.
• Communicate professionally in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.

During your first months, you build a solid understanding of our procurement and supply chain processes. You are able to independently manage defined analysis, reporting, and documentation tasks while contributing to a stronger data foundation for the team's decision-making. In the longer term, you succeed by creating structure and momentum in your work, delivering reliable analyses, and helping transform data into tangible improvements. At the same time, you contribute to greater quality and transparency in the management of tenders, suppliers, and contracts.
