The role involves supporting people with daily routines including household tasks and personal care, helping with shopping, preparing meals, providing companionship, and assisting with medication. We're looking for someone kind, compassionate, and passionate about helping others. No previous care experience or qualifications are required; we can teach you the rest.

The Role of a Home Carer
- Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
- Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
- Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
- Helping with medication
Above all, were looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others. You dont need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.
Youll bring
- A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
- Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
- A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends
