About this role
Great finance leadership. Life-changing impact.
Everyone at Reach Schools believes every child can and should go on to enjoy lives of
choice and opportunity. This core belief drives everything we do and fuels our work every
day.
We’re at a truly exciting time in our development. With strong financial foundations in place,
we’re looking for a Director of Finance who shares our belief in every child and wants to use
their expertise to make a real difference.
This is an opportunity to build on that strong position, shape financial strategy across a
growing, purpose-driven Trust and work in close partnership with senior leaders and
schools. We’re looking for someone who can build trusted relationships, bring financial
information to life and turn complexity into clear, meaningful insight - giving colleagues the
understanding and confidence to make great decisions that benefit our children.
You’ll bring strong financial leadership, curiosity, ambition and a genuine passion for
education. Multi-academy trust experience would be great, but it’s not essential. We’re just
as interested in your potential, your values and what you could bring to Reach.
Ready for a new challenge with real purpose?
You’ll have the opportunity to work with the most brilliant, kind and passionate team you
could wish for - all united in our unwavering commitment to make a lasting difference. We
do exciting things, take calculated risks and champion the children who need it most.
We’re always keen to hear from brilliant finance leaders who want their work to stand for
something. Call Propelo for a confidential conversation and discover what your next chapter
at Reach Schools could look like.
