Working alongside dedicated colleagues, you will play an important role in delivering our commitment to outstanding education and student wellbeing.
About You
- Level 2 qualifcation in English and Maths.
- Level 3 qualifcation in Education or equivalent
- Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training or willing to undertake.
- Experience and understanding of children within their family context.
- Awareness of legislation and guidance relating to Academy attendance and inclusion.
- Knowledge of the social and emotional factors that affect a child's capacity to learn.
- Ability to manage difficult situations and challenging conversations calmly, fairly and effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to produce clear and concise reports, correspondence and records relating to attendance and family support.
- Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
