About this role
Barcroft Academy is seeking two dedicated class teachers to join our friendly, hardworking and supportive team from January 2027. We have exciting opportunities to teach in Year 1 and Year 4, working with our wonderful children and committed colleagues to make a real difference.
Barcroft Academy is a vibrant, inclusive and welcoming primary academy at the heart of the Willenhall community. As a proud member of Lighthouse Multi Academy Trust, we are committed to providing an ambitious, engaging and enriching education where every child is valued, celebrated and encouraged to achieve their very best.
Our BARCROFT values underpin everything we do. We believe in nurturing confident, resilient and independent learners who are thoughtful, caring and respectful of others. We have high expectations, a strong sense of belonging and a shared determination to ensure that every child succeeds, regardless of their starting point.
